At JerseyBird, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom-printed jerseys are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jersey in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
